Bakistry is excited to share the workshops we have conducted so far! We present you the proud bakers who were enlightened by the experience we had to offer through baking!

To our mind there is nothing as simple and as beautiful as home-baked food. It’s quite challenging and rewarding at the same time. Despite the simplicity of the ingredients, it is one of the most complex things you can produce in your own kitchen. Some call it art, others call it science. Whatever you might call it, there is a lot to be learned and it takes a bit of effort – but in the end everybody can do it and enjoy it!

“Bakistry is a completely new experience for me as it has a very homely effect over any student. The workshops are really great and they are fun too because people with similar hobbies of baking come together and share their thoughts as well as questions. It’s not just someone baking a cake and you noting down the recipe, Sapna makes it so engrossing and you can’t help but get involved and the end result is just mouth watering!”

No matter what your level of expertize is: if you’ve never touched Maida before, if you just recently started baking, or if you have been experimenting with making your own bread for the longest time, we offer classes for all of you. Beginner to advanced, everybody is welcome; the only request we have from our participants: be passionate about exploring the world of baking. Come to our workshops to learn something new, exchange ideas, and simply have fun!

Experience of learning a red velvet cake that looks so perfect and tastes so yum was never so easy as Sapna D’souza made them look. Wonderful teacher and equally wonderful cakes!

So far we have conducted workshops on Cakes, Cupcakes and Muffins, Mousse, Cheese garlic bread to name a few. They have been quite successful with our students!
